The Buyer is a natural or legal person who confirms an order created through this website and makes payment for the ordered goods and services, using one of the possible payment methods (see payment methods). By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions of this online store as stated on these pages.

Terms of order acceptance in our online store

Orders created by the buyer through the automated web store system on the website “https://hd-multimedia.com” are not final and binding for the seller. Each order is manually checked by the seller’s employees before it becomes valid, in order to check the status, price and delivery options. If we can fulfill the order, the order will be accepted without additional notice to the buyer and the goods will be sent for payment and delivery in accordance with the agreed delivery terms. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will immediately inform the buyer (or at the latest within 3 business days) of the impossibility of fulfilling the order and, at the very least, send a notification via e-mail about the cancellation of the order. The buyer is then free to repeat their order in accordance with the seller’s new options.

Delivery terms

Delivery of goods to the customer's address is free for purchases over €149 to addresses in the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Slovenia. For orders less than the stated amount, we charge a fixed delivery fee of €5 or €9 if the customer wants fast delivery. The delivery fee for orders less than €149 for Slovenia is €10.

With prior telephone or email agreement, the buyer can pick up the goods themselves at our address: Svetice 23, Zagreb or Strossmayerov trg 5, Zagreb.

The buyer is obliged to immediately check the outer box for any damage upon receipt of the goods and immediately report them to the delivery person, and if he concludes that the goods were damaged in transport, to refuse to accept the shipment from the delivery person.

Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building to which the shipment is addressed. The delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods inside the building or to the floor on which the customer is located.
The goods are insured against losses during delivery. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to sign the record that he has taken over the goods, which is a confirmation of the takeover of the goods by the buyer.

Buyer's right to return goods 

(Unilateral termination of the contract under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act).
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase contract and return the purchased goods to our address: HD-INFO doo, Svetice 23, HR-10000 Zagreb, within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the goods. The goods must be the same in quantity and quality as the invoice/contract as received or purchased. The goods must be returned with the invoice (copy) as purchased and with an indication that the buyer intends to cancel the purchase contract.  

The buyer will be refunded the amount paid: 1.) in the amount of 100% - if the goods are returned factory-packaged and without damage to the packaging; The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to our address; 2) in the amount of 80%, if the goods are returned correct, complete and without damage, but unpacked and returned in the original complete packaging. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to our address; 3) If the goods are incomplete or are returned without packaging, the buyer and the seller must reach an agreement - on the return of the goods and the amount that will be refunded to him. In this case, the refunded amount cannot be higher than 50% of the total amount paid for the purchased goods.

If the return is made outside the 14-day period from the date of purchase and because the buyer has noticed irregularities in the goods or similar, we refer the buyer to consult our service at the address: HD-INFO doo, Svetice 23, HR-10000 Zagreb, tel. 01/2333-686, in order to exercise their rights based on the guarantees received regarding the quality and correctness of the product. 

Warranty for all new products – 24 months.

The warranty for all new (factory-packaged) products lasts 24 months from the date of invoice (purchase). The warranty may be shortened for some types of products and types of sales, but this must be specifically emphasized when negotiating the purchase.
