Warranty for new products – 24 months
The warranty for all new (factory-packaged) products lasts 24 months from the date of invoice (purchase). The warranty may be shortened for some types of products and types of sales, but this must be specifically emphasized when negotiating the purchase.
The warranty for OTP C100 and other tokens with a built-in non-rechargeable battery is 24 months from the date of invoice.
Warranty on devices with a built-in battery (rechargeable) – 12 months, or conditionally 24 months.
- The warranty for “wireless headphones” is 12 months (includes TWS wireless headphones, all battery-powered Bluetooth headphones). Both types of headphones have non-replaceable batteries, so the warranty on the device is 12 months in total, as well as on the built-in batteries. The warranty for the original purchase will not be extended from the basic one if you received a replacement device within the warranty period.
- The warranty for other devices that contain batteries is conditional. Conditional means that the warranty for the battery is 12 months, and for the rest of the device is 24 months. If the battery stops working after 12 months of use, we are ready to replace it free of charge (if possible). If the battery has failed after 12 months + 1 day, we can replace the battery at the customer's expense.
Warranty statement.
HD-INFO doo guarantees the quality and flawless operation of the product, if the buyer/user adheres to the enclosed instructions for use and general rules for the use of technical devices.
Nevertheless, it may happen that the product does not work properly. In such a case, we undertake to repair at our own expense all faults and technical defects that occur on the product during the warranty period under normal use and compliance with the technical instructions, and under the following conditions:
- The buyer must deliver the defective product packed in the original or suitable packaging with complete accessories and a brief description of the defect to the point of sale (Svetice 23, 10000 Zagreb, 2nd floor)
- The buyer must present a receipt for the purchase of the product proving that the product was purchased from us (HD-info doo)
- The warranty does not affect other rights that belong to the buyer under other legal grounds.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- software that comes complete with the product (only some products have associated software)
- malfunctions caused by improper handling
- malfunctions caused by wear and tear of the device or its parts
- failures caused by the influence of an environment unsuitable for the operation of the device
- defects caused by natural disaster or force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake,...)
- mechanical damage or malfunctions caused by mechanical damage, falls, etc.
THE WARRANTY TERMINATES IN THE EVENT OF:
- extensions, alterations or connections without the written consent of HD-INFO doo
- if the product has been repaired or opened by unauthorized persons
- using products for purposes for which they were not intended,
OTHER WARRANTY TERMS
During the warranty period, defects may only be repaired by an authorized service center. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, which is indicated on the invoice and warranty statement. The costs and risk of delivery to the service center are borne by the buyer. In the event that the buyer sends a product for service that is correct, i.e. that works in accordance with the technical description and instructions for use, the buyer will be charged for the inspection and testing of the product. We replace defective goods only when our service center confirms their defect.
If the repair takes longer than 10 days, the warranty is extended by the duration of the repair. In the event that the defect within the warranty period is not repaired within 45 days of receiving the product for service, and the product is not sent to the supplier for repair, HD-INFO doo undertakes to replace it with another one or to refund the buyer an amount equal to the current market value of such or a similar/better product.
HD-INFO doo guarantees that service and replacement parts for the product will be available for a period of 5 years.
