Originally founded by Stewart Tyler, ProAc is a family-owned company based in the UK that designs and manufactures high-quality, world-renowned loudspeakers.<\/p>

A meticulous approach to sound design is applied to the build quality of all ProAc loudspeakers where only the finest components are used, reflecting cutting-edge audio technology with each new model.<\/p>

Our speakers work for everyone, now adorning the homes of music lovers and home theater enthusiasts, as well as professional recording studios around the world. The name ProAc has become synonymous with sonic excellence.<\/p>

Steward Tyler<\/strong><\/p>

All the best speaker cabinets and components in the world are useless without inspired design.<\/p>

For over forty years, Stewart Tyler, founder and president of ProAc, has designed and manufactured high-quality loudspeakers that have gained international recognition.<\/p>

As a young child, Stewart displayed an unusual sensitivity to sound with an almost photographic auditory recall of voices, music, and other sounds.<\/p>

This talent for a refined ear developed into a lifelong fascination with music of all genres.<\/p>

Attending live classical music concerts from the age of six, he soon became dissatisfied with the sound of the hi-fi equipment of the time, which failed to recreate what he heard in the concert hall. So he modified his first loudspeaker at the age of twelve.<\/p>

As a young man, he earned a degree in electronics and acoustics, and eventually built his own speaker. It's hard to imagine the impact this creation would have on music lovers around the world.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
