Topping D90 III Discrete

The Topping D90 III Discrete is a high-performance balanced DAC, capable of converting up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD 512. The device incorporates advanced technology such as Qualcomm's QCC5125 Bluetooth 5.1 chip, which supports aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive and LDAC, enabling wireless transmission of up to PCM 24bit 96kHz, which is a higher resolution than the CD quality standard. The D90 III Discrete uses a 16-phase PSRM module per channel, with ultra-fast logic networks for precise conversion. Topping has developed a power supply system with zero-noise resistors to ensure stable performance, while the Altera Max II CPLD processes the clock signal, achieving an extremely low jitter of -157dB. In addition, the new I/V conversion circuit, composed of low-noise operational amplifiers, enables a wide dynamic range. The DAC supports various I2S transmission protocols, making it compatible with most digital interfaces on the market.
