The Fiio Q5 is a premium headphone amplifier, about the size of a typical mobile phone, and comes in an attractive titanium color with a protective leather patch on the back. It includes a lightning-to-USB micro cable for iDevice users, guaranteed to be compatible with future system updates, and a variety of other cables for almost all your connectivity needs. It also comes with useful accessories such as expandable pouches, straps for connecting portable devices, and a T5 micro screwdriver for easy amp changes. The Q5 has a 3800mAh battery that provides up to ten hours of playback with the internal DAC or twenty hours as a headphone amplifier, and can be continuously charged via the connected USB cable. The Fiio Q5 is equipped with two AKM AK4490EN DAC chips and an XMOS controller, supporting PCM playback up to 384kHz and DSD256, with a green light indicating active DSD playback. The device has a blue-lit power switch, volume control knob, gain and bass adjustment switches, multiple input and output ports, and Bluetooth control buttons.
