The Elac Miracord 70 features a solid MDF plinth with a high-gloss black finish, providing a strong foundation for its components. It uses a belt-driven sub-platter system powered by an ultra-smooth Premotec synchronous motor, which is separated from the plinth to ensure flawless tracking and exceptionally smooth operation. The 2.6 kg glass platter with a black ceramic coating on the underside emphasizes its three-dimensional shape and contributes to the dark, transparent appearance. The aluminum tonearm, equipped with an Audio-Technica AT95E speaker system, delivers a sound full of vitality and precision. In addition, the dot-mounting system of the tonearm with a ceramic ball as the central element ensures extremely smooth operation and outstanding resistance to external influences. An adjustable anti-skating mechanism enables perfect stereo transmission, which rounds off the sophisticated design of the Miracord 70.

The platter is made of glass and weighs 2.6 kg. The black ceramic coating on the underside of the platter gives it a dark translucent look, which expresses the 3-dimensional form. The suspension is dot-shaped with a ceramic ball in the center. The arm is aluminum and comes with an Audio Technica AT95MM head.
