This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the “hd-multimedia” web store (“Website”) owned by HD-INFO doo.

We would also like to point out that we do not collect or store sensitive data such as credit card numbers and additional information required for online payments through our website. When paying by credit or debit card, our website will safely redirect you to the website of our online payment service provider PayWay (owned by Hrvatski Telekom dd – see more about PayWay security below). PayWay's role is to collect all additional payment information directly from you, initiate a payment request, execute the payment transaction, and notify us whether the payment was successful or not.
When we refer to “Personal Data” here, we consider personal data to include both “Device Data” and “Order Data”.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We collect “Order Information” generally to fulfill your orders placed on the Websites (including processing payment information, arranging shipping, and issuing invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use the collected “Order Information” to:

  • To communicate with you;
  • To monitor orders, in order to possibly eliminate potential risks or fraud;
  • When it is in accordance with your consent, we send you additional information related to our products or services.

We use the "device data" we collect in order to 1) detect potential risks and fraud (via IP address), 2) as well as to optimize and improve the functions of our websites (for example, by analyzing how our users browse and interact through our websites, in order to succeed in our sales and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We share your personal data with third parties to a limited extent, exclusively for the purpose of achieving better communication with clients and for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Below are the instances when we share data:

  • Sometimes we have to share your personal data with third parties in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations. For example this is done if it is necessary to comply with a court order, a search warrant or a legally determined search or request that will protect our rights.

As noted earlier, personal information may also be used to provide targeted advertisements or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you.
